Fasting Tips That Can Keep You Healthy and Hydrated

Generally, 7-8 hours of sleep per night is suggested to stay healthy. But during Ramadan Kareem, it is difficult to manage 7-8 hours of sleep at night because the time after taraweeh and suhoor is hardly 5 hours. A lack of sleep can cause fatigue and affect your ability to concentrate during the day. You should take a short nap in the daytime to stay active.
Stay active with light exercise
Regular exercise can help you maintain your energy levels and improve your overall health. But during Ramadan, it is difficult to maintain routine activities. Because, in Ramazan, you can’t do sweating exercises at day time in fasting hours. You can’t do exercise just after heavy iftar and soon one has to go for Taraweeh. One of the simple ways to stay active is to walk slowly, do yoga, make a few stretches, or do light exercises in the afternoon.
Take breaks
Rest during the day, when possible, especially during the hottest hours. Take a break from work or other activities to relax and rejuvenate.
